I am an Art Psychotherapist, EMDR therapist and a Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) Provider. Trained in all these therapeutic modalities, I aim to provide an individually tailored experience. I can provide therapy across any of these modes separately, or can weave them together integratively.

I work mainly with adults to support alleviating distress resulting from trauma, depression, anxiety, bereavement and autoimmune disease. I have specialist understanding around trauma and neurodiversity. I like to position myself at the cutting edge of research and evidence-based practices to shape what I can offer.

Including SSP has broadened the scope for harnessing our innate healing capacities. It is a non-invasive neuromodulation music listening programme which lends itself well to Art Psychotherapy and EMDR practices. Originally developed 20 years ago with neurodiversity in mind, it has a growing evidence base for restoring balance, feelings of connection and decreasing symptoms of trauma, dissociation, fibromyalgia, parkinsons, and chronic fatigue.

With SSP I can support families navigating neurodiversity and sensory processing challenge.

I have a small private practice. I work in-person and remotely.  I work part-time in NHS Adult Community Mental Health. I lecture for a Masters in Art Therapy programme, provide tailored trainings and clinical supervision. I currently sit on the council for the British Association for Art Therapists.
